Custom manufacturing usually goes wrong before the factory sees it. The salesperson has the dimensions, colours, sizes, artwork or special instructions - then production gets a spreadsheet or an email.
Tall Emu can keep those customer-specific requirements on the order. Version 3 extends that model with stronger made-to-order capture, including quantity matrices, personalisation and artwork or file requirements that can travel with the production specification.
