Prepare the quote using the customer’s pricing, available stock, margin and freight. Send it online or as a PDF. The customer can accept, sign and pay a deposit or the full amount online.
When the sale is ready, Tall Emu creates the sales order from the accepted quote. Nobody needs to copy the customer or rebuild the line items.
Pick, pack, ship and book freight
The warehouse works from what was sold. Items can be allocated, picked and packed against the order. Once the shipment is ready, Tall Emu can confirm the freight service, create the consignment and print the carrier label.
The shipping address, packages and order details stay with the same transaction instead of being copied into separate freight software.
Invoice the customer and update accounts
Create the invoice from the sale, email it to the customer and send the financial record to MYOB or Xero at the right point.
The bookkeeper can keep working in the accounting system without the sales or warehouse team having to recreate the transaction there.
