Tall Emu is a solid CRM that truly does it all. The more you put in, the more you can get out of it. That said, the integration process can be a bit tricky though. Like with any CRM, connecting it to your existing system is not exactly smooth sailing. But honestly, that’s just the nature of integrating two platforms. The great part is that the Tall Emu Helpdesk team is incredibly helpful - big shoutout to Dan and David - they all go above and beyond to make the whole thing as painless as possible. Once you get past the initial hurdles, Tall Emu works brilliantly.

Very robust system that integrates with everything we need it to in order to streamline our business. Customer service is amazing! David was very helpful with all the issues we had and resolved all of them very quickly. Highly recommended!

We use Tall Emu as our primary CRM. Although we don't use the full suite of features what we do use is brilliant. Tall Emu is easy to use and manage no matter your skill level. We have integrated Tall Emu with Campaign Monitor for our email marketing and it is fantastic. The ability to sync contacts, unsubscribes and bounces saves me hours. The LOCAL support team are always helpful, and their responses are fast.

We have just started using Tall Emu with our accounting system (MYOB). I recommend you have a very good look at what it can do. We have a dedicated first line of support who appears invested in us getting the right outcome. I am surprised at the amount of flexibility and tailoring the system has for the investment required. We are still learning about its capabilities but are very comfortable with the integrity of the database and its ability to correctly pass data to and from MYOB.

Tall Emu as a program has always been effective for us. We recently encountered issues and eventually they seem to now have a better service recovery structure in place. We now experience faster acknowledgment and response times. There's also a good and strong knowledge exchange process helping us to continuously learn more of the system and what's coming :)

Huge list of features for price, and local support is excellent value. It has been a very involved process to get things working correctly however to their credit the people at Tall Emu have clearly been improving on their product and service over the last month. Right mix of price and features, Australian support is also a big bonus.

We are so happy with the CRM platform by Tall Emu. It is integrated with MYOB system so it automatically transfers all our sales orders. And, we can send text and email to the client very efficiently. With support team that works on some issues that shows up and resolve it right away. Very great platform for ecommerce site and even small-medium and big companies!
