The short answer
Tall Emu’s B2B customer portal gives account customers a wholesale ordering portal with customer-specific pricing, stock visibility and repeat ordering. Customers can view order history, backorders and shipment tracking, access quotes, manage invoices and payments, and raise service or support requests.
The demo also covers customer equipment, service history and schedules, parts ordering and warranty claims.
The new Customer Portal is part of Tall Emu v3 and is a substantial expansion of the existing Tall Emu Customer Portal. It combines a more modern branded customer experience with more ways for customers to order, check progress and manage their relationship with your business without having to call or email for routine information.

Browse by category, see available products and stock, use list or card views, filter products and add items to cart.
Quick Order, recently ordered products, saved lists, scheduled orders and one-click reordering support repeat B2B purchasing.
See order status, backorders and shipped quantities, download documents and follow consignments using tracking links.
Customers can work with jobs, equipment, service schedules, faults, claims, parts and support tickets.
View invoices, payments, credit notes and balances, make payments and securely manage payment cards through Stripe.
Customers can browse products by category, switch between card and list views, filter by product history or product properties and control views such as in-stock-only. Quick Order is designed for customers who already know the product codes they need, while saved lists and scheduled orders make regular purchasing quicker.
The order view shows status and line-level progress, including backordered and shipped quantities. Where shipment tracking is available, customers can follow the consignment through the carrier link rather than contacting your team to ask where the order is.
The same portal can expose quotes, returns and warranty claims, support requests, jobs and customer equipment. For equipment and service businesses, customers can see serial-numbered assets and service information, then take actions such as booking a service, reporting a fault, making a claim or ordering parts.
The Account area gives the customer access to balances, invoices, payment history, credit notes and online payments. Customers can also securely manage credit cards through Stripe, request address updates and manage customer profiles.
Tall Emu’s Customer Portal is designed for manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and product businesses with regular account customers. It is particularly useful when customers reorder the same products, have their own pricing, need stock visibility, or contact your team for order updates, freight tracking, invoices and support.
For businesses using MYOB or Xero, Tall Emu connects customer ordering with sales and operations while your accounting software handles the books.
