Quote only, for now
The TNT / FedEx connection returns rates so your team can quote accurately. Booking, labels and tracking for TNT / FedEx aren’t available through Freight Hub yet - talk to us if that’s a blocker, because carrier support keeps growing.
How it works
- Quote the freight with the sale. When a quote or order is built, Tall Emu asks TNT for live rates using the real weights, dimensions and delivery address, so the freight on the quote is the freight you’ll actually pay.
- Book from the order. Once the order is picked and packed, the consignment is created from the same record - no retyping the customer, address or contents.
- Label, manifest and hand over. Labels print from Tall Emu.
- Track against the customer. Tracking status comes back to the order, so sales and service can answer “where’s my delivery?” without opening the carrier portal.
Your account, your rates
You bring your own TNT account. Freight Hub connects to it, so the rates, invoicing and service levels are the ones you’ve negotiated - Tall Emu doesn’t resell freight or take a margin on it. Freight Hub includes the first 20 consignments, then charges per consignment; see pricing.
