• Managed Support includes 4 hours of priority helpdesk and support with phone access as well as training, and assistance with reports and templates.
• Pay as you go support – is $250/hour, minimum 15 minutes and give you access to our Australian support team to assist you when you need it.
• Custom onboarding and team training:  Special training and custom set up for businesses that need specific business needs addressed.
• Ongoing training on new Tall Emu CRM features: Our expert team will always make sure our customers are up to date on new features – including tips on how to best use them. Communications are sent by email as well as free training videos which are available to share or rewatch.
