- Additional hours over 4 hours support plan charged at reduced rate of $195/hour
- Discount on custom development work charged at a reduced rate of $195 / hour, min 8 hours

What is included in free and PAYG support
- Pay-as-you-go assistance ($250 / hour - min. 15 minutes) for training, templates, reports, "how to" help, and other support
- Local support team - located in Australia
- Help desk support (via email) AEDT/AEST 9am - 5pm
- Access to custom development work ($250 /hour, min. 8 hours)
- System errors which are not user issues, are not charged
- Access to on-demand training videos and live webinars (no charge)
