Our story and team

We're an independent Australian-owned software company, helping businesses that make, buy and sell physical products manage the work from enquiry to delivery.

Our owners, management and support team work from Sydney. We talk with customers about how their businesses operate and help them put Tall Emu to work.

Founded in 2002, Tall Emu returned to founder Mike Nash's ownership in September 2024 after a period under MYOB. Today, MYOB and Xero are accounting integrations for Tall Emu.

We are so happy with the CRM platform by Tall Emu. It is integrated with MYOB system so it automatically transfers all our sales orders. And, we can send text and email to the client very efficiently. With support team that works on some issues that shows up and resolve it right away. Very great platform for ecommerce site and even small-medium and big companies!

In researching the market we couldn't find anything that came close in terms of breadth and depth of features at this price point. Getting a B2B portal out of the box was the cream.

Since Mike got the system back, there had been an immediate change in attitude and I could tell we were cared for again. A lot of our integration issues were fixed and training was provided to us. Parts of the system which did not make sense back then has now become an integral part of our business.

… Onboarding took a bit of know-how, but once set up it’s been solid. Bringing the company back was the right call: support used to mirror the poor MYOB experience, but now it’s fast, helpful, and on point when unusual issues arise.
