Synchronize and sharing data between your CRM, accounting software (like MYOB, XERO, EXO, etc) and your MS Outlook is completely automatic, amazingly useful, and beautiful to use.

With our Inbox Insights Outlook Add-in you can:

  • Sync and share your Outlook calendar with CRM.
  • Easily import email from Outlook to your CRM
  • Create CRM Opportunities or Customer Support requests directly from your inbox
  • Sync contacts between CRM and your Outlook making them accessible on your mobile device.

CRM sync with Outlook and Organise yourself better

Using the Outlook Plugin, you can associate email messages with a customer – with an opportunity, a task, a project or a quote.  You get a full history of yours – and others – email interactions with the client.

It’s hard to explain just how useful this actually is until you try it – it’s one of those “words don’t do it justice” things, so I am going to let the screenshots and bullet points speak for me.

There’s no need to switch between CRM, Accounting systems and Outlook to understand the status of your relationship. Inbox Insights summarises it neatly in one spot. It works in and out of your office, and if you don’t have an active internet connection it will show you the most recent data it has.
