Offer Details

1. Who is eligible for the Offer? 

The Offer is available to customers in Australia or New Zealand who sign up for a new Tall Emu CRM subscription during the Offer Period. There is no minimum number of users.  (Eligible Customers).

2. When is the Offer available?

The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. / 2:00am N.Z.D.T. on Wednesday 7th May 2025 until 9:59pm A.E.S.T. / 11:59pm N.Z.D.T. on Monday 30th June 2025 (Offer Period).

3. What’s included in the Offer?

Eligible Customers who comply with section 4 will be entitled to a full year’s subscription for up to 5 user licenses in addition to their base annual subscription of Tall Emu CRM. This bonus offer applies to the first year, reverting to standard rates at renewal.

4. How to accept the Offer: 

An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by contacting a Tall Emu CRM sales representative.

5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer

(a)      The discount does not apply to onboarding or set up fees.

(b)      Use of Tall Emu CRM remains subject to the product terms of use.

(c)      This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.

(d)      Additional fees apply for customisation. managed support and additional training and any other extra requests outside of the base subscription and onboarding

(e)      The of 5 free users is only valid where the new customer also accepts and pays onboarding ($3,500 AUD + GST) and an annual Managed Support subscription ($399 per month less 20% discount = $3,830 AUD + GST).

6. What happens at the end of the Offer Period?

At the end of the Offer Period, the cost of your subscription for Tall Emu CRM will revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website.

General

7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in:

• the state of Victoria, Australia, if the Eligible Customer is a business that is registered in Australia; or
• New Zealand, if the Eligible Customer is a business that is registered in New Zealand, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Definitions

Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
