Our client contacted us after spending good money on MS Dynamics CRM software for their regional building business. The sales team hated dynamics – it was slow and as a result frustrating to use, and so the owner lacked visibility into the sales pipeline. For an organisation in regional Australia, cloud-based solutions are not always the best.
He needed a solution that his sales team could, and would use.
What we did
This was a simple and quick project. We installed CRM and customised the opportunity system to his requirements. Data was extracted from the existing Dynamics system and loaded into Tall Emu CRM on site.
The customer can now use the CRM system without frustration, and the cost was much less than their original purchase of Dynamics. After the first year the customer is still happily using the system on a day to day basis.
