Does Tall Emu handle multiple warehouses and locations?
Yes. Stock is tracked per location - warehouses, stores, vehicles or a 3PL - with on-hand, committed, available and incoming quantities for each, and transfers recorded between them.
Can it track serial numbers, batches and expiry dates?
Yes. Serialised stock, batch and lot tracking and expiry dates are part of the product, with traceability from goods receipt through to the customer order that consumed the stock.
Do we need separate warehouse or freight software?
No. Barcode scanning, the warehouse mobile app, picking, packing, labelling and carrier booking through Freight Hub are all part of the same system as the customer and the order.
How does it work with MYOB or Xero?
Tall Emu runs stock, purchasing, orders and fulfilment. MYOB or Xero remains the accounting system and receives the invoices and financial transactions through two-way sync - one financial record, no re-keying.
Can you migrate our existing stock data?
Yes. Done-for-you onboarding includes data migration - products, customers, stock levels and open transactions are set up with you as part of the one-off onboarding fee.
