Configuration of the telephone system is performed the HTML interface.
To perform an installation you will need: 1) IP address of the telephone system, 2) the IP address of the CSTA server (if different), 3) the CSTA username and password, 4) the range of trunk numbers.
For directory download, SNMP should be configured to provide access for the UC Server PC’s IP address to Read Communities ‘public’ community name. (on the PBX > Expert > Maintenance > SNMP >
Internal hold IS supported (unlike 3000 series).
Call direction and/or dialed number may be wrong in some call pickup scenarios.
Handsets are not detected as offline if unplugged
Add trunks through configuration
