Welcome to the first edition of the Emu News, our new monthly newsletter. In this issue, I thought I’d highlight 5 things that your CRM can do that you may not be aware of.
- Web Forms
What happens when someone fills in a contact form on your website ? With Tall Emu CRM, you can make forms on your website which automatically populate CRM as soon as someone fills them in. Web forms can be used to quickly assign and track new leads to salespeople, without needing to do manual data entry.
- Email Marketing
Did you know that using TECRM you can send email campaigns, track whether people open and read your messages and have this automatically recorded on their contact record? If you send a lot of messages, you can also use our hosted email system which does the same thing – but lets you send a lot of mail in a fraction of the time.
- Plug in your phones
Get a preview of who is calling you based on CRM records. When your clients or suppliers call, if the number is in TECRM you’ll see a preview window identifying the caller – and have the opportunity to open the related CRM record if you take the call. Over 30 PBX systems are currently supported!
- Click Stream
Clickstream lets you track your website visitors – see what pages they visit, what the searched for in Google – and alert your sales staff when they return to your website! In addition, this will help you better attribute online and offline sales so you know what marketing channel actually results in sales.
- Invoice, Quote, or other Reminders
Most people hate chasing invoices – but it’s a necessary evil! Fortunately, many people respond to a simple email reminder and if you’re invoicing out of Tall Emu CRM or linked with your accounting system it’s possible to have rule-based automated invoice reminders.
